Dear Customer. 

The majority of items are made to order and I carry very little pre-made stock because of this I have a 3-4 week despatch time. 

I aim to despatch sooner where possible and any “sale” Items have been pre-made so will be despatched within 3 working days

Here at CharlotteRose Bespoke we want everyone to feel loved, cherished and not feel left out.   

So you will see that all of my designs can be adapted to fit you and make you feel amazing.

All designs can be creating using a “male” or “female” pattern to insure in fits in all the right places.  

I cater up to 3XL & 4XL and if this isn’t quite right I offer a BESPOKE option too.   

So if your measurements to not fit neatly into the size roll provided, I can tailor a pattern based on your exact measurements 

Just pick the BESPOKE option and enter your measurements in the message box at the checkout.  I will contact you if I require  

any further information to complete your order. 

Currently, this site only ships to the UK.

All orders over £30 will be sent recorded delivery via Royal mail.  

All Parcels are sent in discreet packaging. 


Please note this site does not store any data of any kind. All data collected through Orders are solely used for this purpose only.  

All information is stored safely in accordance with the GDPR act 2018. 

Your information will not be sold to any 3rd parties nor used for marketing of any kind. Unless you have given us your permission  

for marketing by subscribing to CharlotteRose Bespoke’s Newsletter. 


All items are made to order.   

Cancellations: In accordance with consumer law you have a 14 day period in which to cancel your order* and receive a full refund (this coincides with my 14 day despatch time) If your package has already been despatched. We will send you a returns label for you to return your package to us.

Faulty Refunds:  If your item is not perfect, and you believe your item/s* is faulty, please contact me within 72hrs of receiving your package using the contact form and stating your reason for a refund. 

You then have a further 14 days (from receipt of parcel) to return your unworn faulty item/s.   

Once I have received your item/s back I will issue a full refund including any extra delivery costs. 

Given the nature of the purpose of my designs and creations are purchased for all returned items faulty or otherwise are to return in the condition you purchased them in, ie UNWORN and in the original packaging with ALL labels attached.  

*Please note BESPOKE items or PERSONALISED items are not covered under the 14-day cancellation period nor the 14-day faulty refund policy. 

For these items, you have just 72hrs to cancel your Order with no incurred cost.  After this, a 25% fee (total order) will be deducted to cover costs spent on your design.
